Emerging Technologies Consortium (ETC) has a unique understanding of the link between Research and Development (R&D) and community revitalization by leveraging the power of innovation for the African American community. ETC is Building Wealth through HBCU Sustainability and focusing on increasing the percentage of DoD funding that goes to HBCUs.
