Anna Chaplygina

Anna Chaplygina has extensive experience in business development and hotel management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development Direct Supply for Emerging Travel Group since October 2020, Anna previously held the position of Senior Regional Business Development Manager at Ostrovok.ru, starting in May 2014. Earlier professional experience includes serving as the Regional Account Manager, where responsibilities covered hotel contracting and accounting, as well as a role as Front Desk Manager/Sales Manager at Taganka Hotel from September 2012 to January 2013. Anna holds a Specialist degree in Foreign Languages from Moscow State University of Humanities named after M.A. Sholohov, completed in 2014, and has additional education from Moscow State College of Management Economics and Law, graduating in 2008.
