Pramod C has a extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Pramod started their career in 2003 with Wipro Technologies and held various positions including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Regional HR Manager. Pramod then joined UnitedHealth Group in 2014 as a Human Capital Consultant, specializing in International Business and HR Transformations. Currently, they are working at emids as Vice President of Human Resources.

Pramod C completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Bangalore University between 1997 and 2001. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Certificate Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Development at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
