Oliver Grohmann

Oliver Grohmann is an accomplished global HR executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Emirates since May 2019, Oliver oversees HR business partnerships and talent development for the Emirates Group. Previously, Oliver held positions such as Corporate Vice President for Global Human Resources at Hyundai Card and Global Human Resources head at LG Electronics, managing HR operations in over 80 countries. Additionally, Oliver's experience includes senior HR roles at Daimler AG, where responsibilities spanned multiple markets globally, and earlier positions at Lufthansa and legal practice. Oliver holds a Master of Arts degree from Freie Universität Berlin.
