Bruno Lima has over 13 years of work experience. Bruno began their career in 2008 as an Auditor for Ernst & Young J&M Management Consulting GmbH. In 2012, they moved on to become a Social Media Manager for Benedita Comunicação. Later, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Skazi and Casa Mangabeiras from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they took on the role of Strategic Planning for Agende Saúde. In 2018, they were Strategic Planning Director for Comedical BH. From 2019 to 2022, they were Head of Customer Success for Luggo and is currently a Customer Success Manager for Emissary.ai.

Bruno Lima obtained a Post-Graduation in Marketing from Fundação Dom Cabral between 2007 and 2009. Bruno then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from PUC Minas between 2002 and 2006 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ibmec between 2002 and 2005. In October 2011, they obtained an Empretec certification from Sebrae-MG and in May 2021, they obtained a Facebook Certified Community Manager certification from Facebook.
