Bich Pham Lanouhe

BICH PHAM LANOUHE has been working in the Human Resources field since 1997. BICH began their career as a Secretary at Credit Agricole Indosuez. BICH then moved to United Parcel Service where they held the role of HR/F&A Assistant. In 2004, they took on the role of HR Manager at Hanoi French Hospital. In 2010, they became the HR Director at SPAR, and the same year they were appointed HR Manager at Teleperformance. In 2012, they took on the role of HR/Admin Manager at Zamil Steel Vietnam, and also held the role of HR Manager, North Vietnam at The Ascott Limited. Currently, they are the People Operations Manager at EMOTIV.

BICH PHAM LANOUHE obtained a Bachelor from Truong Dai hoc Ngoai ngu Hanoi in Russian from 1988 to 1993. Afterwards, they obtained a Certificate from Born Griffith in Managing People - ACCA 3.1 from 2005 to 2006. Finally, they obtained a Certificate from Crestcom International in Leadership from 2006 to 2007.
