Senior Manager, Customer Success at Emotive

Ciara Pienaar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Ciara began their career at Tech Partners in 2015 as an Office Manager and stayed there until 2016. Following that, they joined Uber as a Senior Support Specialist from May 2016 to October 2016.

In 2016, they also started working at LendingUSA as an Account Relationship Manager and stayed in that role until April 2019.

From April 2019 to February 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at PatientPop Inc.

Ciara then joined Emotive in February 2020 and held multiple roles within the company. Ciara started as a Customer Success Manager and worked in that capacity until September 2021. From November 2020 to September 2021, they served as a Team Lead - Customer Success. Ciara was then promoted to Manager of Customer Success from September 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Customer Success at Emotive, starting in August 2022.

Throughout their career, Ciara has gained valuable experience in customer success, account management, and office management.

Ciara Pienaar earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management systems from Limerick Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
