Rozita Bron is an experienced Lead Instructional Designer at empanda, responsible for enhancing and developing learning and development strategies and initiatives. With a background that includes roles as Academic Manager at Siyaya Skills Institute and Operations and Training Manager at Whizants, Rozita has a strong foundation in instructional design, project management, and team leadership. Rozita's freelance experience as a Language and L&D Consultant involved creating learning journeys and collaborating with experts to produce high-quality content. Rozita holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Arts in English & Linguistics from the University of South Africa and recent training in Instructional Design from the University of Cape Town.
