Amber Price, MT-BC, GC-C

Amber Price, MT-BC, GC-C has held various positions in the healthcare industry since 2011. From 2011-2012, they served as a Music Therapist Intern at Blue Ridge Hospice, where they carried a case load of 20-25 and provided music for funerals and memorial services. Amber also provided MT services in bereavement groups for all ages. From 2012-2022, they worked at ProMedica as a Bereavement Coordinator/Grief Counselor, where they facilitated support groups, followed up with bereaved persons via phone calls, visits, and mailings, and met with families before patients died to resolve family issues and ongoing group therapy. Additionally, they served as a Music Therapist at ProMedica from 2012-2022. From 2012-2022, they also worked at Clearbrook as a Supported Living Assistant. Currently, they are a Care Manager at Empathy.

Amber Price, MT-BC, GC-C obtained a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Illinois State University between the years 2007 and 2011.
