Jori Rose Schwartz

Jori Rose Schwartz has extensive experience in the care sector, beginning in 2014 with a role as Case Manager at Hartley House. In 2015, they became a Cardiac Care Unit Clinical Social Worker at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Jori Rose then joined CaringKind, The Heart of Alzheimer's Caregiving in 2016 as a Helpline Support and Respite Program Specialist. In 2018, they held two roles simultaneously as Care Manager at Lott Assisted Living Residence and Care Consultant at Alzheimer's Association®. In 2020, they began working at Nesterly as a Senior Customer Success Advocate and Customer Success Advocate. Most recently, in 2021, Jori Rose Schwartz became the Head of Care Team at Empathy, where they are responsible for managing a team of 11 Care Managers and overseeing Care Team operations.

Jori Rose Schwartz obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from The New School, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Gender Studies between 2010 and 2014.
