Mariola Zdankowska

Mariola Zdankowska has extensive work experience in various administrative and purchasing roles. Mariola started their career with Avon Cosmetics Polska Sp. z o.o. in 1996, where they worked as a Coordinator in the Administration Department until 2007. In 2007, they joined Empik Group, where they initially served as the Head of Administration and General Purchase. Their responsibilities included budget planning and control, fleet management, and negotiating office space leases. Mariola later advanced to the position of Purchasing and Administration Manager at the same company.

Mariola Zdankowska obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology and School Pedagogy, specializing in Vocational Counseling, from Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiczna ZNP. Mariola attended this educational institution from 1998 to 2003.
