Jonathan D'Sousa

Jonathan D'Sousa has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the technology industry. Jonathan is currently the Vice President of Client Engagement at Emplifi, where they lead and scales customer success efforts to meet and exceed customer needs. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product for Social Commerce Cloud & Service Cloud at Emplifi.

Before joining Emplifi, Jonathan worked at Astute (now Emplifi), where they held multiple positions, including Vice President of Professional Services and Director of Solution Consulting. Jonathan also served as a Product Manager for ePowerCenter and Mobile Apps during their time at Astute.

Jonathan's previous experience includes roles at iGATE, where they worked as an Associate Director, and at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, where they held the position of Principal Solutions Engineer. Jonathan also served as the CEO of Pinpoint Discovery Solutions and held the role of Director at iGATE.

Jonathan's career began at eJiva, a subsidiary of iGATE, where they worked as a Principal Consultant. Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, product management, and leadership in the technology industry.

Jonathan D'Sousa completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended St. Michael's College School from 1989 to 1994.
