Ashley Cha has a diverse range of work experience. Ashley started their career at the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation as a Communications Intern, where they assisted the Communications Director with interviews and writing articles. Ashley also created an annual holiday gift guide and facilitated online community building.

Ashley then worked as a Tournament Services Coordinator at the PGA TOUR, providing support to Tournament Services Managers and coordinating events like the Youth Clinic. Ashley also wrote and designed newsletters to inform volunteers.

Next, Ashley joined Outerstuff as an Assistant Production Coordinator, where they managed daily orders, communicated with facility partners, and improved cost-savings. Ashley collaborated with multiple departments to ensure efficient order execution.

At Row House, Ashley served as a Group Fitness Instructor, training up to 30 clients in unified indoor rowing. Ashley created a positive environment and designed challenging workouts.

Ashley then worked at Yext, starting as a Sales Associate and eventually becoming a Client Success Operations Associate. In their roles, they managed client communications workflows, configured and reported on customer satisfaction surveys, and documented team processes.

Currently, Ashley is a Team Lead at Lever, where they oversee customer experience and operations.

Ashley Cha holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management from Rutgers University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Lever Hire Certification from Lever in April 2022 and the Lever Administrator Certificate from Lever in September 2022.
