Kate Dewez

Kate Dewez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager and previously as Customer Care Team Lead and Senior HR Support Consultant at Employment Hero since April 2021, Kate demonstrates a strong background in HR support. Prior to this role, Kate was an HR Business Partner at Ramsay Health Care, where responsibilities included providing generalist HR support and payroll advice for over 1100 employees. Kate began their career at Ramsay Health Care as an HR Officer and holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Sydney Business School, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Sydney. Additional early experiences include various roles at the Manly Wharf Hotel.
