Ray Tamblyn

Ray Tamblyn serves as the Head of Product at Empower since July 2023, bringing extensive leadership experience in product management and innovation from various roles. As an advisor and mentor at Crisp Labs since March 2015, Ray has contributed to projects for notable companies such as Argent, CommonBond, and Alloy. Previously, Ray was the Director of Product Management at Citi from August 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading significant digital wealth initiatives and partnerships. Co-founding FitLab and PayDivvy, along with past roles at Pave, Inc., VISA, Deloitte, and Silver Oak Partners, underscores Ray's deep industry expertise. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
