Roman Khaskilevich is a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with a diverse background in technical support and network operations. Starting out as a Technical Support Representative at Eschelon Telecom in 2006, Roman has steadily climbed the career ladder, holding positions such as Technical Support Level II at Integra Telecom, Network Operations Center Technician at Zayo Enterprise Networks, and eventually landing the role of Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Thomson Reuters before moving on to Empowered Systems in November 2021.
