Paige Mandelare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paige currently works as a Scientist II in Natural Products Chemistry at Empress Therapeutics. Prior to this, they held a role as a Scientist I in Analytical Natural Product Chemistry at LifeMine Therapeutics. Paige also has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Smithsonian Institution and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Whitney Marine Lab-University of Florida. Paige also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University and as a Student Research Assistant at the University of North Florida. Additionally, Paige has experience as an Assistant Swim Coach at Southside Athletic Club, as a Substitute Teacher's Assistant at Kelly Services, and as an REU Student Recipient at the National Science Foundation.

Paige Mandelare began their education at Edward H. White High School from 2006 to 2010. Following high school, they attended the University of North Florida from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry (ACS Certified). After completing their undergraduate studies, Paige pursued a higher level of education at Oregon State University from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry. Most recently, Paige attended the University of Florida from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained another Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry.
