Kaitlyn Rice

Kaitlyn Rice is a co-founder and COO of HireMe Healthcare, where operations are focused on simplifying the hiring process for licensed, non-physician healthcare professionals since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an editor at Universität Wien, line editing master's theses for publication, and working with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the East Africa Regional Office, facilitating training and organizing media consultations. Additional roles include grant writing at VFF USA, admissions and campus visit coordination at Willamette University, and office management in a marketing firm. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Willamette University.
