Kelly Russell

Kelly Russell has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Kelly currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology Services at Empyrean, where they lead and oversees various IT departments responsible for end-user services in a global, hybrid work environment. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an IT Manager at Hennepin County Medical Center and Hennepin Healthcare, where they were responsible for software development, interfaces, and communications. Kelly also has experience working at Optum Technology as an Information Technology Manager and Application Operations Service Manager. Additionally, Kelly has held managerial positions at UnitedHealth Group's internal IT service center, Robert Half International at Park Nicollet, and Target Technology Services. Kelly began their career as an intern at Target Direct and worked as a Third Shift Supervisor at Jacobson Warehouse. Kelly Russell obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Iowa Central Community College in 1999. In 2019, Kelly also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
