Rick Miller

Rick Miller has extensive work experience in information technology and technical services. Rick started their career as a Consultant at S.i. Systems, where they coordinated the design and implementation of help desks and call centers. Rick then served as the Corporate IT Manager at Guest-Tek Interactive Services, overseeing data and voice infrastructure. After that, they became the Information Systems Operations Manager at Liquidation World Inc, managing daily operations and setting goals for the company's information systems. Rick then moved on to VeriCenter Inc, where they served as the Manager of Contact Center Operations, responsible for managing daily operations and strategic improvements in call centers. Rick then joined Fort Bend Independent School District as the Director of Technical Services, providing senior leadership for all technical operations. Following that, they worked at Champion Energy Services as a Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. Overall, Rick Miller has diverse experience in IT management and technical operations.

Rick Miller attended the Kelsey Institute of Applied Arts & Science from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Medicine.
