Jonathan Manning

Jonathan Manning has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Jonathan currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Emulate, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Foundation Medicine as a Principal Software Engineer, specializing in computational biology. Jonathan also had roles at Invitae, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technologies, Applied Biosystems, Beckman Coulter, Agencourt Bioscience, Broad Institute, and Becton Dickinson and Co, where they gained experience in various software development and analysis roles. Jonathan has a strong background in developing and implementing software solutions for bioinformatics and genomics applications, as well as experience in project management and mentoring.

Jonathan Manning attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology.
