Pat Beirne

Pat Beirne has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1975, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Mitel for five years. Following this, they joined Corel Corporation in 1985 as the VP of Engineering, where they remained until 2000. In 2011, they became the Chief Science Advisor at CSD Labs, and in 2012, they took on the role of CEO at AppHostCanada.

Pat Beirne completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electronics at the University of Toronto Engineering from 1971 to 1975. They then pursued a Master of Applied Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Carleton University from 2003 to 2006. Lastly, from 2008 to 2013, Pat studied Information Technology at Carleton University, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in this field.
