Abby Erban, BSN, RN, CEN has extensive work experience in nursing, spanning a variety of roles and settings. Starting in 2014, Abby worked as a Registered Nurse at Alden Estates of Northmoor until 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they also worked as a Staff Nurse I at Presence Resurrection Medical Center. In 2016, Abby began their tenure at Presence Saint Francis Hospital as a Staff Nurse I, where they stayed until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Registered Nurse at The Hydration Room from 2018 to 2019. Abby then transitioned into travel nursing, working as a Travel Registered Nurse at Aya Healthcare from 2018 to 2018, American Mobile Healthcare from 2018 to 2019, and Stability Healthcare from 2020 to 2020. In 2019, Abby joined Emanate Health as a Staff Nurse II and remained in this role until 2023. Currently, Abby is working as a Clinical Research Nurse at EmVenio Research, starting in May 2023.

Abby Erban, BSN, RN, CEN has a strong educational background in nursing. Abby began their education journey at Northwestern College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Building on this foundation, Abby then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Chamberlain University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their degrees, Abby has obtained several certifications to further specialize and enhance their nursing skills. In 2019, they became a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) through the BOARD OF CERTIFICATION FOR EMERGENCY NURSING (BCEN®). Abby holds a Trauma Nursing Core Course certification from the Emergency Nurses Association, acquired in March 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained various life support certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, all through the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Abby secured the Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support certifications in January 2023, and the Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification in December 2022.

Abby's commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is highlighted by their National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification, obtained from The National Institutes of Health in November 2022.
