Abhishek Kaulgud

Abhishek Kaulgud is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Emversity, where responsibilities include leading New Initiatives & Research, as well as managing Investor Relations & Finance. As the founding HR Head at Emversity and previously the Head HR Business Partner at Livspace, Abhishek has built a strong foundation in HR management across multiple organizations. Notably, experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank involved driving HR excellence for emerging markets and managing talent within retail liabilities, while earlier roles at ICICI Prudential and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail showcased expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and attrition management. Abhishek holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA, both from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
