Keith Griffiths

Keith Griffiths has an extensive work experience in the food industry. Keith is currently the Head of Category at En Route International. Prior to that, they held multiple leadership roles at Pizza Hut UK & Europe, including Head of Food and Technology, where they led food innovation and development across Europe. Keith also worked as the Head of Innovation/Food Technology at Yum! Brands. Additionally, Keith served as the Chairman of the Pizza, Pasta, and Italian Food Association and worked as a Food Quality Judge at the Pizza Pasta Association. Keith has also held positions as a Food Quality and Service Standards Auditor at Stadium Experience, a Senior Technical Manager at Dawn Farm Foods/International Meat Ingredients Ltd., and a Research, Development, and Quality Assurance Leader at Pizza Hut UK & Europe. Lastly, Keith worked as a Technical Manager at Yum! Restaurants International and as an R&D/NPD Controller at Greencore.

Keith Griffiths attended Birmingham City University from 1975 to 1981, where they pursued a City & Guilds 706/1 706/2 706/3 part 1&2 degree in Food Engineering and French Culinary Art. Keith furthered their education at Aston University from 1979 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Food Science and Technology.
