Manon Bonnet

Head of Customer Service / Responsable service client at En Voiture Simone

Manon Bonnet has worked at two companies in their career. Manon started their career at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts as a Sustainable Development trainee. Manon then moved on to En Voiture Simone, where they held various roles including Customer success internship, Customer relationship Manager, and currently, they are the Head of Customer Service. At En Voiture Simone, their main objective is to provide the best customer experience to their students throughout their journey.

Manon Bonnet's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Lycée Gustave Jaume and obtained their Baccalauréat ES in 2012. Manon then pursued further education at Classe préparatoire HEC Lycée Champollion from 2012 to 2014, completing the equivalent of a bac+2 degree. Manon then enrolled at KEDGE Business School from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their Master 2 (M2) degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Manon has also acquired additional certifications. In March 2016, they completed the "Journey to Excellence Training" at EFQM, and in November 2015, they acquired the foundations of the V7 method through the "Bilan Carbone: acquisition des bases de la méthode V7" training at Association Bilan Carbone.
