Ayano Kondo

Ayano Kondo is an accomplished Scientific Manager at Enable Medicine, where leadership and mentorship are provided to a team of five PhD level scientists, while collaborating closely with other teams on the Enable Cloud Platform development. Previously, Ayano served as a Scientist, focusing on multiplex image data analysis and establishing partnerships within academic and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior experience includes a Graduate Researcher role at the University of Pennsylvania, where research on multiplex imaging of intestinal tissues was conducted, and a Fellow position at Janssen, where insights into the drug development pipeline were gained. Additional roles in healthcare consulting and research assistance further solidify a strong background in genetics and molecular biology, supported by a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Brown University.
