Global Director, Customer Success at Enboarder

Chris Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Trainee Assurance Accountant at PwC in 2009, where they gained auditing and cross-functional skills. In 2010, while studying at the University of Technology, Sydney, they worked as a Student Promotional Representative, marketing the business faculty to potential students.

In 2012, Chris joined Microsoft as a Windows U Crew Ambassador, promoting the brand and its products. The following year, they joined the CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program as a Project Coordinator, where they focused on operations, policy formation, and revenue management.

Chris then joined Procter & Gamble in 2013 as a Business Development Manager, gaining experience in sales and business growth strategies. Chris transitioned to LinkedIn later that year and held various roles, including Talent Solutions Specialist and Customer Success Representative. Chris worked closely with small and medium-sized businesses, advising them on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Chris also led a team as a Team Lead in the Sales Development department.

In 2017, Chris joined Enboarder, a platform that focuses on experience-driven onboarding. Chris started as a Customer Success Manager, assisting customers in creating effective onboarding workflows. Chris later became the Head of Customer Success for EMEA and then the Acting Global Head of Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director, Customer Success.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated a strong focus on customer success, talent acquisition, and business growth strategies. Chris has worked with global companies like McDonald's, Hugo Boss, EA Games, and many more, helping them onboard and engage their employees effectively.

Chris Jones graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business degree. Chris'smajor was in Marketing Communication and International Business. In addition, Chris obtained two certifications in 2015. The first certification is called "LinkedIn Conscious Business," which was obtained from LinkedIn in January 2015. The second certification is "LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter," also obtained from LinkedIn, but in February 2015.
