Vikram Yadav

Vikram Yadav is an accomplished culinary expert with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Vikram held the position of Executive Sous Chef at GITAM Deemed University from June 2023 to May 2024. Previously, Vikram worked as Head Chef at Fairfield by Marriott from August 2021 to March 2023, and as Banquet Chef at Renaissance Hotels for a year from July 2019. Earlier career roles include Sous Chef at Fairfield by Marriott and Chef De Partie at Four Points by Sheraton. Vikram completed a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the National School of Management Studies Durgapur Chapter between 2004 and 2007.
