Glen Lovas

Glen Lovas has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Glen started their career as a Sales Agent at TELUS Communications, where they supported sales objectives and consistently achieved high sales rankings. Glen then moved into roles such as Training Manager, Learning Specialist, and Field Manager at TELUS, where they focused on training, productivity improvements, and overseeing field service delivery operations.

After this, Glen joined AFL as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they directed engineering department operations for a TELUS contract to install fiber optic cable. Glen managed a large team of engineers and vendors and handled client communication and escalations.

Currently, Glen is working at Encepta, where they initially served as the Director of Business Development. Glen worked on developing licensable software tools for telecommunication, utility, and municipality sectors, as well as providing contracting services for infrastructure projects. Later, they were promoted to the role of Vice President - Alberta, where they oversee operations and plays a key role in driving growth.

Glen Lovas attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2009, where they pursued a degree in Manager Business School. However, no information is provided regarding their field of study during that time. Additionally, in July 2010, Glen obtained the certification of Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft.
