As Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Taylor, leads Encoda’s corporate strategy and growth. Prior to joining Encoda, Ms. Taylor served as the Chief Executive Officer of iN2L (It’s Never 2 Late), the leading provider of engagement technology for senior living. With more than 20 years’ experience as an executive leader in healthcare IT, Lisa is known for her ability to drive growth through cutting-edge solution development, unwavering focus on client experience and a passion for organizational health. Lisa believes organizational health is a critical differentiator for all businesses. Her passion to develop talent, ability to speak with candor and transparency, and her integrity in words and actions allows her to execute action oriented strategic plans through her highly engaged teams.

Prior to joining iN2L in 2018, Lisa was the CEO of TeleVox Solutions, the Healthcare technology division of West Corporation (Now known as Intrado). TeleVox Solutions delivers patient communications and technology solutions for enterprise healthcare organizations, health plans, physician, and dental practices.
