Mike Andrews

Mike Andrews has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Mike is currently working as the Supply Chain Director at Encoded Therapeutics Inc., a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director of Supply Chain at the same company from September 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Encoded Therapeutics Inc., Mike worked at Novartis Gene Therapies as the Associate Director of Supply Chain PMO from October 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they worked as a Material Planning Intern at Truck-Lite Co., Inc., where they focused on supply liaison and process optimization.

Mike Andrews earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration- Operations and Supply Chain Management from the East Carolina University - College of Business. Mike attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
