Richard Felts

Richard Felts has extensive experience in technical operations and infrastructure management within the media industry. Currently serving as the Manager of the Technical Operations Center at Globecast since August 2018, Richard also holds the position of Manager of Infrastructure at Encompass Digital Media, overseeing connectivity and facility infrastructure across two locations since 2011. Previous roles include Engineering Supervisor at Ascent Media Group, Engineering Supervisor at Encore Non-Linear, Avid Technician and Avid Support Technician at Encore Video, and Broadcast Engineer at IDB Communications Group. Richard's educational background includes studies at Eastern Michigan University from 1973 to 1974.
