Bridgette Keith

Bridgette Keith serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Encompass Health since June 2012, where responsibilities include fostering a supportive environment, aligning staff with the hospital's mission, and leading departmental performance improvement initiatives. Previous experience includes the role of Human Resource Director at Brookwood Retirement Community from January 2007 to January 2012 and Human Resource Manager at Delaware North Company from January 1998 to January 2006. Bridgette holds an MBA in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Northern Kentucky University.
