Stacey Raben has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Stacey started their career at AMI Semiconductor as a Process Engineer, focusing on sustaining oxide, poly, and metal etch processes for high volume wafer fabrication. Stacey then moved on to Solar Turbines as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for mechanical package design for oil and gas products.

Afterwards, Raben joined Premier Technology Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple NQA-1 projects for DOE sites and government contractors. Stacey demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing various project aspects, including customer relations, scheduling, estimation, and coordination with sales. Stacey also had oversight of international subcontracts and design-build fixed-price contracts.

Raben then worked at Nordic Windpower as a Supply Chain/Cost Reduction specialist, followed by a brief stint as a co-owner of Marigolds Wine & Delicacies. Stacey joined Oregon Iron Works, later acquired by Vigor, LLC, as a Project Manager and quickly advanced to the role of Nuclear Products Division Manager. In this position, they focused on operations and performance improvement, cost reduction, and execution of company values.

Stacey later joined Fine Solutions as a Project Manager, where they utilized their project management skills to assist clients in improving their businesses with Microsoft products. Finally, they are currently employed at Encore Business Solutions as the VP Professional Services, Corporate. In this position, they are responsible for the implementation methodologies and project management processes at Encore, leading the Project Coordinator & Project Manager team. Stacey enjoys continuously improving business operations both internally and externally.
