Hillary Franke

Hillary Franke has a diverse work experience in various roles related to operations, project management, contracting, and estimation. They most recently served as the Director of Operations - Coastal at Encore Dredging Partners, LLC. from June 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at the same company from April 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Encore Dredging Partners, Hillary was a Contracts Manager at RLB Contracting, Inc. from September 2019 to April 2021. They also worked as a Project Manager at Orion Group Holdings, Inc. from July 2018 to September 2019, and as an Estimator at Orion Marine Group from January 2009 to July 2018.

Hillary Franke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, attending from 2005 to 2009. Hillary completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Accounting from the University of Houston-Victoria, attending from 2019 to 2021.
