Jeff Byrd

Jeff Byrd has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeff started their career at Target as an Asset Protection Manager from 2011 to 2016. Jeff then worked at Macy's as an Asset Protection Manager, where they implemented shortage prevention and awareness programs and managed payroll expenses. From 2018 to 2019, Jeff worked at Kohl's as a Loss Prevention Specialist. Jeff also gained experience in network administration and security as a Work Study at West Virginia Junior College Charleston Campus from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Jeff is working at Encova Insurance, where they started as a Service Desk Analyst I in 2020 and progressed to become a Service Desk Analyst II and now serves as a Team Lead Infrastructure and Operations in the Service Desk department.

Jeff Byrd obtained their Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from West Virginia Junior College Charleston Campus in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a field of study in Psychology at Marshall University from 2013 to 2015. Jeff also obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in June 2019.
