Kimberli Lanham

Kimberli Lanham has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industries. Kimberli started their career at Jackson General Hospital in 1987 as the Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they joined BrickStreet Insurance as a Benefit/Compensation Specialist and later moved to Encova Insurance in 2017 as the Director of Benefits.

Kimberli Lanham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Kimberli then pursued a Master of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of West Virginia College of Graduate Studies, completing their studies from 1986 to 1991.
