Ben Clim

Ben Clim is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in data management and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Data at Endava since February 2014, Ben manages the Data Department in Iasi, defines growth strategies, and oversees technical and career development for engineers. Prior roles include Senior Technical Project Manager, Automation Test Consultant, and Senior Test Engineer, where Ben demonstrated expertise in project management, engineering team growth, software architecture, and automation testing. Ben holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Univ. Gh. Asachi, Iasi.
