Christian Blomdahl

Christian Blomdahl's work experience includes a role as Director of Product Acceleration at Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure since October 2021. In this role, they lead a team in the development of clean water and renewable energy solutions.

Prior to their current position, Christian served as Director of Process Innovation at Suffolk Construction from January 2019 to September 2021. During this time, they also held the role of National Director of Lean Practices from January 2014 to January 2019, where they implemented lean thinking and methodology to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Before joining Suffolk Construction, Christian was the General Manager at CARNEMARK in 2013, where they managed all aspects of the high-end residential remodeling firm. Christian implemented Lean principles across the organization to drive improvement.

Christian's earlier experience includes roles at Skanska USA Building Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager from 2008 to 2013, where they integrated Lean principles to improve construction practices. Christian also served as a Project Engineer, responsible for implementing LEED requirements on projects and managing MEP subcontractors.

Christian's career started with Loipart in 2006 as a Project Manager, handling international projects in the maritime industry. Christian was instrumental in increasing sales revenue to China and Singapore.

Additionally, Christian served as a Second Lieutenant in the Swedish Armed Forces in 1997 and 1998.

Overall, Christian Blomdahl has demonstrated extensive experience in project management, process innovation, and implementing Lean principles in various industries.

Christian Blomdahl started their education in 1998 at Johnson & Wales University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business. After that, they pursued their interest in the Chinese language and culture. Christian attended Fudan University from 2004 to 2005, Beijing Language and Culture University from 2005 to 2006, and Shanghai International Studies University from 2005 to 2006. At these institutions, they studied Chinese Studies and Chinese Language.
