Steve Bishop

Steve Bishop has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the finance sector. Steve is currently serving as the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Endurance Environmental Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at American Zinc Recycling Corp. from March 2019 to May 2023. At American Zinc Recycling Corp., they were responsible for financial and accounting matters, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, investor and lender relationships, and strategic planning.

Before that, Steve Bishop held the position of President, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Member at Arsenal Resources from 2015 to 2017. Steve also served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Member at Mountaineer Keystone, LLC from 2011 to 2015. At Mountaineer Keystone, LLC, they oversaw various functions including finance, accounting, strategy, investor relations, marketing, legal, human resources, and information technology.

Steve Bishop also had significant experience at Deutsche Bank, where they worked from 2004 to 2011. Steve held the position of Head of Business Development for Financial Sponsor Group and Co-Founder of the Restructuring Advisory Group. During their time at Deutsche Bank, they developed strong relationships with private equity clients and executed numerous capital markets and M&A transactions totaling over $85 billion.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Steve Bishop worked as Vice President at Credit Suisse from 2000 to 2004. Steve started their career in the US Navy, where they held various roles including Executive Officer, Physician Recruiter, Department Head, and Division Officer.

Steve Bishop earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy from 1989 to 1993. Steve then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1998 and 2000.
