Rekha Jagaduri currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Endurant Energy since January 2023. Previously, Rekha held the position of Senior Director of Microgrid at Enchanted Rock from January 2022 to January 2023, and served as Regional Power Leader - Program Director at HDR from January 2020 to January 2022. From September 2008 to December 2019, Rekha worked as Group Manager at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, overseeing a team for large design-build projects and focusing on sales forecasting and strategic growth. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer/Supervisor at Mesa Associates, Inc., where power system studies were performed, and as Research Engineer at Tennessee Technological University, modeling power systems and distributed generation systems. Rekha holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
