Andy Schoepke

Andy Schoepke, MBA, has had extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Andy has held various leadership positions in multiple companies, including Enercare Inc., Group 5S Supply Chain Consulting Ltd., Wolseley Canada Inc., Molson Coors Canada, Barrick Gold Corporation, Molson Canada, and BASF.

At Enercare Inc., Andy currently holds the role of Vice President, Supply Chain, Franchise Operations & Support Operations. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Supply Chain | Facilities | Fleet, where they played a key role in scaling supply chain processes and supporting system enhancements, workflow automation, and business integrations.

Before joining Enercare Inc., Andy founded their own consulting firm, Group 5S Supply Chain Consulting Ltd., where they provided expertise in supply chain and strategic sourcing.

In their previous roles at Wolseley Canada Inc., Andy served as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing & Product Management. Here, they had strategic and operational accountability for sourcing, product management, and product life cycle management.

Andy also worked at Molson Coors Canada as Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation & PMO, where they were responsible for driving customer service, inventory, warehousing, and distribution performance improvements. Andy also established the national PMO and oversaw key product innovations.

At Barrick Gold Corporation, Andy served as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain (Capital Projects), overseeing procurement and playing a crucial role in the planning and acquisition of construction and mining equipment for multi-billion-dollar capital projects.

Andy began their career at Molson Canada as National Procurement Manager/Director, Global Procurement (Kaiser), where they developed a three-year national procurement strategy and achieved significant cost savings across various spend streams.

Prior to joining Molson Canada, Andy worked at BASF as a Procurement & Logistics Manager, where they were responsible for procurement and logistics functions.

Andy Schoepke, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Western University, which they obtained in the years 1992-1996. Andy also holds a Business Diploma in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, earned in the years 2000-2003. In 2016-2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Ivey Business School at Western University. In 2021, they received a Certificate in Business Analytics: Data-Driven Decision Making from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
