Neal Butler

Neal Butler has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Energizer Holdings since May 2016. Previously, Neal held several roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including Senior Manager of Executive and International Compensation and Human Resources Manager for U.S. Sales. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner positions at Ford Motor Company, focusing on product development and labor relations. Neal has a solid educational background with an MBA in Human Resource Management and Leadership and Change Management from Michigan State University, complemented by a BA in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.
