Raghav Bhupathi

Raghav Bhupathi has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of IT and supply chain. Raghav started their career at Swift Solutions Inc as a Systems Analyst from 2006 to 2009. Raghav then joined Monsanto Company, where they served as a Senior SAP Security Developer, Lead IT Auditor, Functional Service Delivery Manager, and Global SAP Support Services Lead from 2009 to 2018. In 2018, they moved to Bayer and worked as the Global ERP Services Lead until 2020. Currently, Raghav is employed at Energizer Holdings, where they have held positions such as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Applications, Director of Supply Chain IT and SAP Foundational Services, and their current role as Director of IT Digital Transformation.

Raghav Bhupathi, CSCP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University in the years 2001 to 2004. Raghav then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In 2018, Raghav participated in the Saint Louis Business Diversity Initiative (SLBDI) and became a Fellow in their Leadership Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Supply Chain Principles from Coursera, Disruptive Strategy from HBX | Harvard Business School, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA. Currently, they are in the process of obtaining the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS.
