Aumri Esdaille

Mr. Esdaille joined EIP’s Elevate Future Fund in April 2022 with a background in management consulting, energy management, enterprise strategy, product management, and business development. Prior to joining EIP, Mr. Esdaille held two roles at Jones Lang LaSalle. First, advising internal product management teams on best practices for product development and go-to-market strategy. Second, executing Board-level special projects to ensure organizational alignment to JLL’s 5-year strategic plan. Prior to JLL, Mr. Esdaille worked at boutique consulting firm Insight Sourcing Group, managing cost reduction and demand management initiatives for Fortune 500 and Private Equity clients. He started his career in business development at The Combine, an early-stage corporate innovation start-up in the PropTech space.

Mr. Esdaille graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
