Energy Ombudsman
Ed Dodman has extensive work experience in various roles within the energy and water industries. Ed began their career at Thames Water in 2010, where they held various positions, including Regulatory Manager and Long Term Strategy Manager. In 2017, they joined BT as the Head of Pricing and Regulatory before becoming a Principal in Regulation. Most recently, Ed has worked at Energy Ombudsman as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and is currently serving as the Business Unit Director and Chief Ombudsman.
Ed Dodman started their education in 2005 at The University of Edinburgh where they earned a MEarthSci (1st Class) degree in Geology and Physical Geography. Ed then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics for Competition Law from King's College London between 2014 and 2016. In 2013, they also completed the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice from The Market Research Society.
