Peter Kilby

Peter Kilby is currently a Senior Grid Transformation Engineer and Intelligent Grid Engineer at Energy Queensland since January 2019. In addition, Peter serves as a committee member on EL-042 at Standards Australia, contributing to the revision of AS/NZS 4777 for grid connection of energy systems via inverters. Peter's engineering experience includes roles as a Power Systems Engineer and Graduate Engineer at Energex from July 2009 to January 2019, as well as positions as a Vacation Student at Hatch and Powerlink Queensland. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Physics from The University of Queensland, supplemented by professional development and continuing education in grid-connected renewable and distributed generation.
