Angel Abajas

Angel Abajas is an experienced professional in sales and engineering with a background in industrial filtration and sustainable technologies. Currently serving as European Sales Manager at Energy Recovery, Inc. since February 2021, Angel previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Nantek, an industrial start-up focused on sustainable solutions through innovative chemical recycling of plastic waste. Angel's expertise also includes roles as Export Area Manager for Middle East, North Africa, and India at Fluytec Filtration Technologies, where responsibilities included developing customer relationships and managing sales agents. Earlier experience includes serving as a Field Services Engineer at Donaldson, overseeing the installation and start-up of air intake filtration systems for large gas turbines, and working as a Technical Sales professional at FIRES S.L. Angel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics from the University of Deusto.
