Karen Harris

Karen Harris is an experienced instructional designer and training consultant with a diverse background in learning and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Learning and Development at Energy Solutions, Karen has established key training initiatives, collaborated with executive leadership, and developed comprehensive programs for organizational growth. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Energy Solutions, Sr. Instructional Designer at Blue Shield of California, and instructional designer positions at SunPower Corporation and UC Berkeley. Karen holds a BA in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has extensive experience in creating effective training materials and managing learning initiatives.
